One of our most beautiful liturgies, Evensong is a lovely, sung, evening service led by the choir in which we thank God for the day that has passed and ask for peace and protection during the night ahead. Three symphony ensembles will again perform at the November Art Walk! Patrons will be given an Ensemble Passport card at the first ensemble location they attend, those who attend all three ensembles can redeem their Passport card for a voucher for two tickets to attend a concert in the Symphony's 2019-2020 season.

Beaches Fine Arts presents Spanish Brass & Timothy Tuller, organ
In 1989 five Spanish musicians created Spanish Brass—an innovative project that quickly gained world renown for its performances, educational activities and creative collaborations, and won the First Prize in the 1996 Narbonne (France) International Brass Quintet Competition, the most prestigious event of its kind in the world. Since 2007, Tim has been the Canon for Music at St. John’s Cathedral in Jacksonville, Florida. As Canon, Tim’s duties include playing the Cathedral’s magnificent 1983 Austin organ for all Cathedral services, conducting the 40-voice Cathedral Choir, and presiding over an extensive music series of secular and sacred performances.

Chamber Music Benefit Concert
Free, but donations will be gratefully accepted, and all funds received will go towards the restoration of the church's historic 1929 Skinner organ. Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra musicians Melissa Barrett, Megan McClendon Rios, DJ Cheek, Ellen Olson, and Alexei Romanenko will perform masterpieces by Beethoven, Martinu, Bartok, and Mendelssohn. The concert will last approximately one hour with no intermission.
