In the summer of 2017 Bruce Xu was the winner of six organ competitions, including the AGO Quimby/RCYO competition that was an important part of our regional convention held in Jacksonville during the summer of 2017. San Marco Chamber Music Society:
Annual Concert to Benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

This concert will feature music by Ernest Bloch, J. S. Bach, Francis Poulenc, and others. A free will collection will be taken and all proceeds from this concert go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Choral Evensong for the Feast of St. Michael and All Angels

One of our most beautiful liturgies, Evensong is a lovely, sung, evening service led by the choir in which we thank God for the day that has passed and ask for peace and protection during the night ahead. Join us as we celebrate Michael and all the angels in their great heavenly war against Satan and the forces of evil during this brief service and stay for a catered dinner immediately afterwards in Leatherbury Hall benefitting Angels for Allison. Music of Dyson, Drinkell, Handel, Stainer, and Goss. A nursery is available during the service.

This year will be the 20th anniversary of our annual joint holiday concert with the First Coast Wind Symphony, and Hugh has chosen a variety of rich, exciting and fun selections to make it really special.
