JU Percussion performs John Cage’s lost radio play: The City Wears A Slouch Hat. The script sketches a surreal story on a man named ‘The Voice’ who wanders around a big city, meeting various characters and circumstances. Also on the program will be pieces for marimba ensemble on how the marimba has slipped into popular culture.
